You may also enter by hand printing your name, address, age, telephone number and “I’M Wines Diamond Sweepstakes” on a 3"x 5" card and mailing it to the address listed above.
You may enter as often as you wish, but each entry must be mailed separately and must be received by March 31, 2007 to be eligible.
No photocopied or mechanically/ electronically produced entries will be accepted. Entries which are mutilated, incomplete or illegible, will be disqualified. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for typographical or printing errors, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, altered, illegible or postage-due mail
Entry forms which are distributed where prohibited by law, or not obtained legitimately, will be null and void.
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be held on or about April 15, 2007.
One Grand Prize winner will receive a fancy pink or fancy yellow diamond at an estimated retail value of $5,000. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. The prize is non-transferable, non-endorsable and no substitutions permitted. All federal, state, and local income and other taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Grand Prize consists only of the item specifically listed above. A cash alternative will not be offered.
Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding any resident of the states of California, Utah, and any other state where this sweepstakes is prohibited by law, who are of age 21 years of age or legal drinking age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Folio Fine Wine Partners, their affiliated companies, agencies, beverage alcohol wholesalers and retailers, and their respective families are not eligible. Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance of prize. By accepting prize, winner agrees to defend, indemnify and hold Folio Fine Wine Partners, their affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, and liability, whether for personal injury, property damage, or death arising out of winner’s participation in this sweepstakes or winner’s acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.
Winner will be notified by certified mail. The Grand Prize winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Publicity Release, including rights to use name and picture of winner without compensation (except where prohibited by law) prior to awarding the prize. Affidavits of Eligibility and Publicity Release must be received within 14 days of notification or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. By entering, the potential winner agrees to abide and be bound, by the Official Rules. The potential winner agrees to release Folio Fine Wine Partners their affiliates, parent and subsidiary companies and respective employees and agents from any and all liability with respect to the acceptance, receipt or use of the Grand Prize. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void in California and Utah and where otherwise prohibited by law.
